“They are Full of Sadness”, People React to Cute Abiola’s Alleged Arrest for Wearing Camo

Social media users have reacted to Abiola Abdulgafar, popularly know as Cute Abiola, a online comedian and skit maker, who was allegedly arrested over his birthday shoot donning military camouflage..

According to popular Instagram blog, Instablog, The Ilorin born comedian who recently celebrated his 24th birthday was arrested for posting pictures taken in his official uniform to celebrate his birthday. Abiola who joined Nigerian navy in 2018 got a car as birthday gift and could not hide his joy as he posted picture on his social media platforms.

Nigerians have taken to social media to express their disappointment over his alleged arrest.

Though no official statement has been released by relevant authorities to confirm or debunk the rumour, the hashtag, #freeCuteAbiola is used to show displeasure
