The following are men who left the priesthood behind to pursue their family goals to raise children.

#1. Rev. Patrick Henry Edet

 He made a lot of waves on social media after he announcwd his resignation form the service in  July 31,2017 . He said: “I forgive those who will criticize me. I live for God…I seek freedom for my soul. As I leave, I leave smiling, I AM SO HAPPY THAT I AM FREE.”

#2. Rev Father Samuel Dekun

He left the service after serving for 15 years and walked down the aisle in December 2018 with his beautiful wife.

#3. Rev Fr, Gospel J Inalegwe

Being kidnapped changes the outlook and perspective of a lot of people when they are released. He spent eleven years of his life in the seminary and he called it to a halt after he was kidnapped in the St Joseph Catholic Church, Jitan- Dutse, in Tudun Wada in Kano.

#4. Rev Mike Boni Bazza

He served faithfully as a catholic priest for 25 years before he dumoed the priesthood and got married to Ratilla Ussa in Kaduna.
