An enforcer of the Land Transportation Office found himself in hot water for allegedly poking a gun at a fully uniformed policeman Thursday night in Barangay West Crame, San Juan City.

The police identified the LTO officer as Manuel Linda, 58, a resident of the same barangay; and the complainant as P/Cpl. Armene Khain Marohom. The incident happened on Thursday evening.

Based on the complaint, the policeman was on board his motorcycle when the LTO officer alighted from his car and berated the latter for allegedly following him.

The suspect then boarded his car and fled. The policeman sought assistance from other cops who then tracked the suspect in his home.

Recovered from the suspect was a 9mm Armscor pistol and a Property Acknowledgement Receipt issued by the LTO.
