The Twitter handle of Nigeria’s journalist, Kemi Olunloyo has resurfaced online after about 24 hours of disappearance, but she said the account was voluntarily deactivated by her.
This comes a few hours after members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) started online celebration over the disappearance of Kemi’s Twitter handle, the same with her Facebook Page and Instagram page.
But around 11 pm on Saturday, the Oyo State indigene reactivated her Twitter account and relaunched her attacks at IPOB.
Contrary to reports that IPOB members got her accounts to be deleted, Kemi said that she voluntarily deactivated the accounts.
“I deactivated my page. Whenever u do that, your account starts at ZERO followers and following and takes 12 hours to where you deactivated,” Kemi tweeted.

But she did not stop there. Kemi furthered by posting a condolence letter from the Abia State Governor, Okezie Victor Ikpeazu, dated May 2, and addressed to the family of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu over the purported death of their son.
The letter reads, “The Abia State Government has received with great shock, the news of the untimely death of its illustrious son, founder, and leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.
“It is unfortunate that Mazi passed on a few months after his beloved parents were buried. The late Mazi will be remembered for his energy, resilience, and doggedness in advocating for the freedom of his followers.
“His memory and legacy will forever be cherished and engraved in our hearts. We pray that God, in His infinite mercy, will grant his family and the entire people of Ataraukwu-lbeku the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
“May God comfort all those he has left behind.”
The letter continues, “Though the Abia State Government believes in the unity, indivisibility and the indissolubility of the Nigerian State as enshrined in the Constitution, it hopes that the demise of Mazi will open a new vista of opportunity for IPOB to join other well-meaning daughters to pursue a Nigeria in which equality, equity, peace, and progress will define our nationhood.
“While the interment and other burial rites are being awaited, the Government enjoins all Abians and IPOB members to remain calm, peaceful, law-abiding, and go about their normal businesses.
“May the souls of Mazi and all the departed rest in peace. Amen.”

However, checks by FIRST REPORTS show that the condolence letter purportedly from Governor Ikpeazu is fake, in addition, that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is not dead.
